BabyPartner Checklists: emergency numbers

Step 1You Step 2Your Contacts Step 3Your Numbers

You never know when you need them. And if you need them you may not have the time to look them up. Many emergency personnel consider a list of important contact numbers to be an important part of their disaster relief kit.

They recommend that you make two copies of a list of your important contact numbers. Keep one on your fridge and other one with you (in your diaper bag) at all times. You can use our simple emergency numbers checklist to get you started. And don't forget to keep it updated.

You can start by looking up the numbers in the front of your local telephone directory and entering them into the form below. The numbers entered here are not stored on any computer, so be sure you have it right before you click print, otherwise you'll have to start all over again!
