The first trimester is one of the hardest, yet most rewarding challenges, you may have faced. During the second trimester your baby will grow quickly. Your body is now better able to cope and you will feel less tired. Take this opportunity to create the type of environment you have envisaged for your baby.

During trimester two you will have more energy than during any other part of your pregnancy. You can use this time to prepare for trimester three by preparing your baby's nursery and learning about your options for giving birth. Many women feel that the second trimester is the perfect time to take a vacation, before the baby grows too big and makes travelling difficult.
