Your age does not present any significant risk of increase for Down's, so unless there are other specific indications or markers your risk for Down's should be no higher than average.

If anyone else has experience with BUN (Biochemical & Ultrasound Nuchal Membrane Assessment: a study that considers maternal age, a blood test and nuchal translucency to test for genetic risk), please comment about your experiences.
