I have been taking the same bc pill for about 5 years and this month somthing strange happened to my cycle. I took my last pill on tuesday and I usually start my period on saturday. This month my period started on wednesday, i experienced some light spotting then it stopped.
I heard somewhere that if you become pregnant while taking the pill you can still have your period, but it becomes lighter each month. This could be a possibility because I did miss a pill last month.
Has this ever happened to any of you?
I've already called Telehealth Ontario (24/7 Nurse available on the phone) but the nurse I spoke to was stumped!
