BabyPartner Forums: Really worried here

My periods are really irregular and I hadnt had one since January. Took a pregnancy test in late Feb and it was negative. Got what I thought was my period on April 22 and it lasted 3 days. It was bright red blood. Nautious on April 29. Took a HPT on May 1 because i was spotting lightly (brown)and it was positive. For a few days I was extremely tired and had a constant headache. Started spotting brown discharge every day for about a week. Now the discharge is red with slight brown but more red, sometimes bright red. One of those days I had to literally wipe 3 times. I have had slight cramping, nothing too painful and now have no symptoms of pregnancy. Still bleeding every day when I wipe but nothing on my pad, never has been. I havent seen a dr because my insurance doesnt go into affect till June 1st. Can anyone offer me some insight? Im 39 years old just in case that adds any insight. Could this be a miscarriage?
