I'm a little paranoid

Hi, this is my first time to ask a question on this. I went to my dentist and told them I was between 13-14 weeks pregnant, and they only put this very thin "protecter" over my tummy. I felt an easy but thought I was in good hands. Now all I ever do is think about my baby. Because when I asked my ob, she said well we won't be able to tell if anything is wrong until the baby is born. Well, that made me feel, real confident. does anyone have any advice of info about this? By the way, this is my 2nd pregnancy. Thanks
